Sound familiar?

This is what a week looks like for a gaming center owner on their current platform.

The platform goes down on a Friday night. The room is full, checkout is down, and support is silent.

Fri · 11:47 PM

The ticket has been open for a second week. The feature request has been waiting for a year.

Wed · 2:02 PM

Surprise: the subscription gets more expensive next month. You found out from a chat notification.

Mon · 9:15 AM

The admin spends half a day updating games again. Manually, on every station.

Sat · 12:40 PM

Recognize your gaming center? Here is what to do about it.

SENET

What changes after switching to SENET

Stations

The admin spends half a day updating games. Manually. On every station.

Game Update rolls out patches to every station from one panel: Steam, Epic, Riot, and more. Active sessions are left untouched.

Game Update

Every station has its own Windows setup, its own builds, and its own surprises.

SENET Boot starts every station from one golden image. If something breaks, reboot and the station is clean again. No one reinstalls Windows anymore.

SENET Boot

PlayStation is separate, VR is separate: different records, pricing, and manual notes.

PCs, consoles, and VR live in one admin panel: sessions, bookings, and analytics. Guests launch the console themselves with a QR code on the TV screen.

Consoles and VR

Guests and payments

Top-ups happen only at the front desk. Bookings happen only by calling the admin.

Guests top up, buy passes, and book seats themselves in the mobile app. The admin stays focused on the floor.

Mobile app

Manual bank transfers turn into manual reconciliation at the end of the day.

Integrated online payments are built in. A guest scans the QR code on the login screen, pays, and the session starts automatically. Every payment appears in reports.

Service and terms

The ticket has been open for a second week. The feature request has been waiting for a year.

Support is handled by real people on WhatsApp, with replies in 15 minutes. No bot and no empty queued for review replies.

Human support

Surprise: the subscription gets more expensive next month.

Terms are fixed in the contract. Pricing does not change through a chat notification.

Contract

Your guest database belongs to you. Not to the software provider.

When guests live inside the platform's app, it is the platform's database and the platform's rules. If you leave, the database can leave with the software.

During migration, we transfer the full database. In the app, guests see your gaming center: news, promotions, and push notifications. There is no catalog of competing gaming centers next to it.

The guest database is yours

The app is SENET ID

QR login, online top-ups, passes, and bookings. Each gaming center keeps its own balances. It is not a platform marketplace, and there is no gaming center catalog inside.

Many guests already know SENET ID from other gaming centers using SENET worldwide. They may not need to install anything new.

Where does your database physically live? If your current provider stores guest data in a risky or poorly governed jurisdiction, disclosure rules may not protect your guests or your business. SENET servers are hosted in Europe.

How much does staying on your current platform really cost?

The subscription is the smallest line in that estimate. Count the rest:

Admin manual work: updates, urgent discounts, and reconciliation. Every station, every month.

One outage on a peak Friday night: the revenue will not come back, and guests will go elsewhere.

Lost money: from discounts, bonuses, and cash drawers that no one reconciles.

A cheap subscription that stops your gaming center for a day is the most expensive software on the market.

Migration in one night. Fully managed.

SENET is a leading management platform for gaming centers worldwide. And we still migrate every gaming center ourselves: our team handles it, not an import guide.

Evening

You operate as usual until the last guest leaves. We capture the data.

Night

We migrate customers, balances, pricing plans, and bonuses. We install SENET and check every station.

Morning

You open on SENET. Our team stays in touch throughout the first day.

We migrate everything: customers · balances · pricing · bonuses

We do not promise migration in a couple of hours because we move everything and check every station before opening.

Your admins will know SENET better than the old platform because we train them before opening, not after complaints.

On Sunday at 11:00 PM, we closed the shift on the old platform. On Monday at 10:00 AM, we opened on SENET: 62 stations, all balances and bonuses in place. Guests did not notice the switch. Admins did: they stopped updating games manually.

I have one gaming center

The gaming center simply works

Games update themselves. Stations stay under control. Support answers instead of just logging the request. Migration happens overnight, and admins are trained before opening.

I have a network

The first gaming center is the pilot. The rest follow the schedule.

We migrate the first gaming center, and you review the numbers. Then we continue on schedule without putting the whole network at risk. Owner Portal shows every gaming center from your smartphone: revenue, occupancy, and cash operations. Many multi-location gaming operators already run on SENET.

How it worked for others

My biggest worry was guest balances because the amount was significant. In the morning, I opened checkout and every cent was in place. If I had known it would be this smooth, I would have switched a year earlier.

Gaming center owner, Level Up · 62 stations

We migrated the network on a schedule: first gaming center as a pilot, then one gaming center per week. Not one gaming center lost a day. Now I can see all four gaming centers from my phone in Owner Portal.
